For the location’s in India which are not serviceable we can ship the parcel through Indian Postal Services. For this you need to contact us at our email (contact@shopnina.in) or WhatsApp number (+91-88675-00152).
Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs 2000/-
In case of prepaid orders, a Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 2000/-
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, a Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 250/- will be applied to all orders below Rs.2000/-
There is an order limit of Rs. 2000/- for Cash on Delivery orders.
We use premium courier services through Shiprocket.
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours and if it is a Pre-order we take 2 weeks time to make it and then ship the product.
Expect 2-3 days delay for items purchased during sale period. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Mostly orders get delivered within 7-14 working days.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
