Refund, Return & Cancellation

Returns/ Refund / Exchange on any item may apply in special cases, where customers will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs. Any exchange or refund request due to size issue will not be entertained. We are firm believer of sustainability and mindful manufacturing. It is requested to thoroughly go through the size chart before placing the order.

However, if there’s a genuine defect /damage in the received product caused in transit, a replacement will be offered only if there’s an uncut unpacking video within 24 hours of receiving it. Video should contain sealed packet with printed shipment label proof and product returned should contain original tags and packaging in an unworn/unused state.

The product will be picked up for return within 5 working days post sharing the video.

On receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check and proceed to ship the replacement. Nina reserves the right to Refuse a return if the product is found to be used and worn upon its arrival. Please note that the entire process of replacement may take up to 12-15 days. Your cooperation and patience during the same will be highly valued.

Refund amount to be credited in the form of store credits within 7 working days that can be used later (validity of 90 days from the date of credit).

Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or Store credit can be issued.

Cancellation for products is only possible if you email to us before the dispatch of order. (Payment gateway fee will be deducted as applicable 3%-5%)

CHANGE OF ADDRESS is only possible if the parcel is not dispatched. Address that has been input while placing the order will only be accepted.

If there is any mistake in shipment details then the shipping cost would be borne by customer.
